1. Organizer of the tour

Organizer and ticket seller of the tour is:

2. Bookings and payment

All bookings are:

• registered in a chronological order and
• directly debited to the payment instrument that the buyer has used for the booking.

3. Cancellations and refund

3.1 Cancellation by buyer

In order to get a refund of the ticket price, the buyer is required to send a cancellation by eMail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. at least 2 calendar days prior to the tour date. We will confirm whether the cancellation was received in due time and if yes immediately start the refund process.

3.2 Cancellation by organizer

If the tour is cancelled by the organizer for any reason, the organizer will inform the buyer and start the refund process immediately.

3.3 Refund channel

For the refund the organizer will use the payment instrument that the buyer has used to pay for the tickets.
